厂家解读生物质热风炉的熄灭过程

由于生物质热风炉燃料特性与化石燃料不同,从而招致了生物质燃料在熄灭过程中的熄灭机理,反响速度以及熄灭产物的成分与化石燃料相比也都存在较大差异,表现出不同于化石燃料的熄灭特性。生物质热风炉生物质燃料的熄灭过程主要分为挥发分的析出和熄灭,生物质热风炉焦炭的熄灭和燃尽两个独立阶段,前者约占熄灭时间的10%,后者则占90%,详细熄灭过程如下:生物质热风炉燃料送入熄灭室后,在高温热量作用下,生物质热风炉燃料被加热和析出水分。
